Meg Franko is a respected researcher in early childhood policy, systems building, and program implementation. In 2021, she launched ECE Insights to bring accessible, actionable research to the early childhood sector—meeting a clear need for reliable data communicated clearly and delivered on a realistic timeline. With decades of experience and a deep understanding of the field, Meg wanted a platform that reflected her credibility and vision while remaining grounded and easy to use.
When we started working together, ECE Insights had no web presence. Meg needed help shaping her ideas into clear, web-friendly content and building a site that would support her goals from the start. She also wanted to set up email marketing and blogging workflows that wouldn’t add unnecessary complexity. The goal: a solid, scalable foundation to help her share research and insights with clarity and confidence.

Website Build
We built a clean, responsive WordPress site using a design by Tara Taylor, with a focus on readability and accessibility. I guided Meg through the content creation process—helping her shape messaging for key audiences while keeping the site structure clear and purposeful. The result is a professional site that reflects her expertise and supports her blog, services, and future growth.
Email Marketing + Website Care
To support her outreach efforts, we set up and integrated Mailchimp for email marketing and created a signup form that connects directly to her list. I also trained Meg on using MissingLettr to share blog content over time, extending the reach of each post. We connected Google Analytics and Search Console to help track performance, and I provided a combination of live Zoom training and recorded Loom walkthroughs. After launch, we added ongoing website care for updates, backups, and support as needed.
