Today I want to talk about challenges. I love a good challenge to keep me focused. Here are two I’m doing, one I’m considering and one I’ve done.
- Morning Meltdown 100 — 100 days of at-home workouts. Previously I struggled to work out at home, but a friend recommended her Beachbody group and it’s been just what I needed. I started on Monday and if all goes well, I’ll finish in March. (Yes, I made a spreadsheet.)
- #tweet100 — 100 days of tweets. Twitter is by far my favorite social media platform, and I’m looking forward to engaging more with people there. I started this Monday as well.
- No-spend challenge — one month (or more) of not spending on anything other than essentials. Here’s a quick introduction; also check out The Year of Less. I’m considering doing this in January.
- Proposal challenge — one quarter of tracking every proposal to try to meet an audacious goal. I did this Q1 of 2020 and loved it.
Have you ever participated in a challenge to kick you in gear? Reply to this email and tell me all about it.
Happy holidays!
P.S. My first course, The 20-Minute Testimonial Process, is set to launch THIS MONTH. Stay tuned for more details!
