Happy New Year! If you’re like me, you hit pause on most things in 2020 (except Netflix 😆😆). I normally have all. the. goals. but for the last three quarters of the year, pushing forward didn’t seem right.
There are seasons in life and in business. Taking some time to rest and regroup is beneficial, but at some point, it’s time to get back to work.
Since 2018, I’ve been mapping out quarterly goals with the 12 Week Year. Normally I create a Google sheet for each quarter, but one of my accountability buddies started using Asana to track her goals (awesome), so I wanted to switch mine up, too. I started using ClickUp in December, so I created a new list for the 12 Week Year with some recurring tasks. I don’t have too many tasks because I want to ease my way back in. Small, quick wins to boost my confidence work best for me.
I managed a quick website refresh last month along with a few new blog posts:
- Streamline incoming inquires by supercharging your contact form
- Why it’s a bad idea to send bulk emails from your own email account
- Three quick and easy ways to use email automation in your small business
I have new portfolio items for Facetime Beauty and Sound Supplements AND I got a new photo.
What about you? Did you hit pause on 2020 or did you manage to get a few things done? What’s on deck for 2021?
P.S. I’m hosting a virtual meetup on Divi workflows at the end of the month; if that sounds like your jam, please join us!
