Hoffman Insurance Agency, Inc. is a trusted, full-service independent insurance agency based in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. Although the team had run their business successfully for years without a website, they recognized that a growing number of prospective customers were searching online—and it was time to meet them there.
We originally worked together in 2018 to build their first WordPress website, using a Genesis theme. In 2025, we rebuilt the site using Kadence, giving it a more modern look and feel and making it easier to maintain. Through both builds, the focus remained the same: to create a site that’s clear, useful, and helps customers quickly find what they need.
A Website Designed to Grow with the Business
We built a straightforward, customer-focused website and helped the team with content planning, imagery, and social setup. With website care, we’ve kept things running smoothly — and recently refreshed the site with an updated theme.
Website
The site includes all the essentials: a clear structure, embedded Google maps, testimonials from satisfied clients, and a blog for sharing tips and updates. I also helped guide the sitemap and content plan, took exterior photos for use across the site, and provided training so the team could confidently make updates on their own. More recently, we rebuilt the site with Kadence, improving flexibility and ease of use while keeping their original content and goals in mind.
Website Care
Hoffman Insurance is on one of my website care plans, so they don’t have to worry about technical upkeep. I handle backups, updates, security monitoring, and general support, giving them peace of mind and freeing them up to focus on serving their clients.
