Showcasing a Speaker’s Thought Leadership and Vision
Sonya Lennon is an internationally recognized speaker, writer, and social entrepreneur whose work focuses on creating positive change, especially around equity in the workplace. With years of experience engaging audiences and influencing policy, she needed a website that reflected her energy, expertise and impact.
She came to me with a clear goal: rework her site to better highlight her speaking and writing. We focused on creating a clean, compelling space that showcases her voice and makes it easy for event organizers and media contacts to understand who she is, what she stands for, and how to reach her. The updated site gives her room to grow while staying focused on the heart of her work, creating meaningful dialogue and driving change.
A Strategic Website to Support Speaking and Sharing Ideas
Sonya’s updated site needed to do more than look good — it needed to clearly communicate who she is, what she offers, and how people can engage with her work. We focused on building a strong, flexible foundation she can grow into, while also supporting her first digital product launch and making the site easy to maintain long-term.
Website Build
We built a new WordPress website designed to be both easy to update and maintain—so Sonya could stay focused on her work without being slowed down by tech. Working from a clean and purposeful design by Sarah Fox, we implemented a flexible site structure that highlights Sonya’s speaking, writing, and leadership work while making it easy for visitors to find key information quickly.
Extras + Website Care
To support her thought leadership and expand her digital offerings, we set up a simple e-commerce integration that allows Sonya to sell her first digital product directly from the site — a mini-compendium titled Twelve Minutes of Leaders Logic Towards an Inclusive Company Culture. We also added calls to action and clear pathways to help users engage with her work and ideas. After launch, we put website care in place, including hosting, backups, plugin and core updates, and uptime monitoring. I continue to provide technical support as needed.
If you’re ready for a website that’s easy to manage (and support that sticks around after launch) let’s chat about your project. I’ll help you get clear, organized, and set up for what’s next.
