Our biggest concern prior to hiring Rene was that our website would CRASH or get hacked, it would be down for an extended time, and there would be no way to recover the content. We had web support from a company that just dropped off the face of the earth. We were in limbo for a few months and were in terrain that was difficult to navigate because no one on our staff had the expertise. Finding Rene was like being rescued at sea! She completely took over the behind-the-scenes management of our website, offering us savvy advice on helpful and important upgrades, and then began to deliver us monthly website care reports that provide continual reassurance that she is on top of all matters pertaining to our site. Most importantly, we grew by approximately 10% since she began working for us, and our website was critical to that movement forward. In addition to monthly standard maintenance, we can contract with Rene to do content upgrades here and there or add new features. When she does this work for us, she sends a video recording of exactly what she did and exactly what needs to be done going forward. She’s a great teacher and makes things understandable for non-techies. I have recommended Rene to other business owners.
