What are you reading right now? I just finished Essentialism, The Disciplined Pursuit of Less and it was GOOD. When Iβm reading a book, I typically put pencil marks next to passages that I think are important. One tick, two or when something really resonates, three ticks. The book had ticks on almost every page, but here were my top takeaways:
- Recognize that you really do have a choice
- Get clear on and then ruthlessly prioritize the things that really matter
- Say no (nicely)
- Build time for rest, listening, thinking and play into your schedule
Launching sites is one of the best parts of my job. I recently launched a new site for Hands on Moxie Massage Therapy. Owner Nicole Cribbs said, βI donβt know how Rene does it but she figured out how to not only interpret my scrambled thoughts, but also explain things that were way over my head so that I could understand them.β Check out the full project.
Have a good one!
P.S. If you know any photographers, do me a favor and share this post on four tips for photographer websites.
