Profit First: Transform Your Business from a Cash-Eating Monster to a Money-Making Machine is one of my favorite business books. I first read it in 2018, then read it again in 2022 so I could write this review. Profit First has made a HUGE difference in my business and I highly recommend it (plus, it’s entertaining).
After several friends and colleagues recommend Essentialism and after feeling exceptionally stressed about my list of obligations, I decided to check it out. Essentialism, The Disciplined Pursuit of Less, by Greg McKewon, is a book about getting the right things done vs. getting more done in less time. Read my summary and thoughts.
I recently finished reading Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business by Gino Wickman. (Reading the book and writing this post were two tasks on my 12 Week Year for Q1 2021.) Traction came recommended to me by several colleagues whose recommendations I value highly, so I wanted to check it out for myself.
